By downloading or using Vigia (the “App”), published by Sedens Ago, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Licence
Sedens Ago grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store rules.
Safety disclaimer
Vigia is an aid, not a substitute for a proper watch or prudent navigation. The App carries no nautical charts and cannot see hazards (shoals, rocks, cables, restricted areas). The alarm depends on factors beyond our control (battery, GPS, permissions, silent switch, iOS memory management). The safety of the vessel and crew remains the sole responsibility of the skipper. Use at your own risk.
No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sedens Ago shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss or accident arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Third-party services
Wind forecasts come from Open-Meteo and mapping from Apple Maps. These services have their own terms and are not controlled by Sedens Ago.
App Store
Your use is also subject to Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (EULA).
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
